We want you to love every Bonbodi treat—but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.

Faulty items? You have 14 days.
We offer returns on faulty products only, within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

📝 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at scoop@bonbodi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Make sure the item is:

   • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

   • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. Send it to:
   5/15 Aucks Road, Russell 0272
   (We'll confirm the return address when you email us.)

Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

🧴 What We Don’t Accept

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used items

• Items not in original packaging

• Sale items or gift cards

• Personal care goods (unless faulty)

• Custom or personalised orders

Email us straight away at scoop@bonbodi.com with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it quickly and sweetly.
